I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), helping individuals manage and overcome anxiety and depression through present-focused, evidence-based strategies. I am also trained in two highly effective trauma therapies: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), both recognized as gold standards in trauma treatment. Additionally, I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
