With a calm presence and decades of experience, I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and informed by training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Imago Relationship Therapy.
